The service
Cosmetia offers personalised cosmetic product recommendations based on a quiz. Basic use of the platform is free unless stated otherwise.
Your account
You must be over 18 and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity carried out with your account.
Nature of the recommendations
Recommendations are for guidance only, are generated in part with artificial intelligence and are not medical or dermatological advice. If in doubt, or if you have an allergy or skin condition, consult a professional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform unlawfully, not to try to access other people's data and not to interfere with how it works.
Intellectual property
Cosmetia's content and software are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. No licence is granted beyond personal use of the platform.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and the information up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. This does not limit the rights consumer law gives you.
Changes
We may change these terms; we will tell you about relevant changes. Continuing to use the platform after the notice means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence or to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
